Payment
We accept VISA, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Dealers have the option of Credit Card, Bill With Trailer Load, or Bill To Account.
Billing
Credit cards will be billed after the order is placed. For credit card or bill to account options, you will be billed after the order processes. For bill with trailer load, you will be charged when trailer load is billed.
Tax & Shipping
For general customers, tax and shipping are based on address. For dealers, there is no tax and shipping will depend on order.
Returns & Replacements
If item is unused, return for a refund minus applicable shipping costs. If return is due to PJ Trailers Parts error and item is unused, return for a full refund. For returns and replacements please fill our Order and Returns Form or contact us. Orders are generally processed the same business day.
